Shipping & Returns
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Nourish containing your order details, payment receipt, and tax invoice. We understand that you want to receive your order as quickly as possible so orders received prior to 10 pm AEST are picked up by our courier the next business day. If placed after 10 pm, your order is dispatched within two business days. Unfortunately, we are unable to amend or cancel orders once they are placed- please refer to our returns & exchange policy if applicable.
Where payment is made via direct deposit, orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment being cleared by our bank. We currently ship domestically and internationally via Sendle. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link to track your order.
Packages will not require a signature and will be left in a safe spot if no one is home.
Return & warranty Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 day money back guarantee from the time you place your order on our website. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can try to resolve any problems.
1. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if the item have been dropped or broken.
2. We don’t accept change of mind returns for personal care items including breast pumps to ensure the integrity of these products being sent to our customers.
All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to our returns address. All postage and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer including any return to sender fees charged by Sendle. Nourish is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit & therefore we advise customers to return items via registered post and take out insurance to cover these events. Please note original shipping costs are not refundable. All refunds will only be processed once the item has been received by Nourish.
Some of our products are advertised with a warranty by the manufacturer (in addition to those expressed in Australian Consumer Law). To determine whether a valid warranty claim exists please consult the warranty supplied by the manufacturer and contact them directly.
